About this item: Creatures invented in public school and finally painted many, many years later...As they continue to be a favourite thing to draw.
They are amphibeous herbivours and have really good sight with a single eye that also shares socket with a tiny, bug-eating tongue and mouth. Look carefully for teeth on their eyelids.
A sign of the intelligence of any animal species is its playfulness...And so you could say they're smart, but they don't especially seem to be. Families of Veniggy are nomadic and parade around like the sounds of trumpets, eating everything, climbing everything and playing with stuff.
