About this item: This Listing is for a custom made gown and is not a Pre-made Dress, pictures are of a finished gown and used for an idea of what the gown will look like.

This gown is not Pre-made to allow custom fitting. There will be a 3 month delivery time on this gown to complete once measurements are received. You will have the option of 2-3 colors for a custom and totally unique gown

Your custom gown will have beautiful trims and lace as well as approximately 500-800 Glass beads that will be hand sewn in glued to add to its beauty. This will be a one of a kind and completely unique. (This gown can be made without all the beadwork. This option would lower the price of the gown by 70.00)

Fabrics used will be what is available at time of purchase staying as close to period fabrics as possible. If 100% period fabrics are required, there may be an additional charge depending on availability.

**NOTE** reasonable best offers will be accepted, however 100% period fabrics will not be guaranteed with this option

I can also work with fabrics, trims or beads that you supply if you have something special you would like added or used.

**NOTE** May require additional creation time depending on shipping of your items.

I will also be glad to add additional items to this gown that you may provide. Items i have used in the past are vintage cameo's and jewelry, vintage trims & vintage jewels that my customers had or acquired through auctions or thrift shops

The pattern for this dress was created based on historical costuming. All the bead work will be done with glass beads. All seams surged and the hems all have double hand rolled hems. The following is a detailed description of each piece.

BUM ROLL

This is the first piece to this outfit. The bum roll is used under all the skirt layers providing the fullness to the rear of the dress. It has Velcro closures in the front for adjustable sizing and has multiple stitch lines in the waistband for stability.

CRINOLINE or FARTHINGALE

A stiffened or hooped petticoat formerly worn to make a long skirt stand out. this gown will come with a new crinoline/farthingdale

SKIRT

The is a double layer skirt. there will be 2 contrasting colors for this skirt one for the under layer and one for the over layer. There will be basic lace with the under layer of the skirt as well as beading that matches the sleeves. There will also be lace and trim added to this skirt matching it beautifully with the rest of the dress

THE CORSET STYLE TOP

The boning in this top is a metal chain style boning keeping the form but allowing a more comfortable fit. trims and lace will be used to tie the corset top in with the skirt.

The long sleeves will be covered with the same lace as the underskirt. The sleeves will also have a string lace trim sewn down to create the diamond patterning. Within each diamond is a hand sewn and glued beads that will match the under layer of the skirt,
