Hi Reatta,
Thank you for your kind comments on my log book. In answer to your questions, yes, I do use a program to generate the sub-words in a person's name. Any online anagram generator is sufficient. My favorite is A2Z WordFinder. The therapeutic benefits are similar to the psychoanalytical underpinnings of Rorschach Inkblots.
